IMPORTANT
Level 2 Packets for Confirmation 2017 are to be returned as soon as possible since they were due May 15!
All candidates for Confirmation must register on line for Faith Formation/Confirmation or as Catholic School/Confirmation. You are not on the Confirmation List if you did not register for the program.

Confirmation 2018 candidates will receive the Level I packet with the application for Confirmation at the Parent/Candidate meetings on Thursday, October 19 or Thursday, November 16th. Confirmation 2018 candidates, must make sure that the Confirmation application is completed. The Confirmation name on the application must be the same as the saint's name on the assignment with the parent's signature below the name on the application. A sponsor eligibility certificate is to be returned with the completed Level 1 packet on or before the Parent/Candidate meetings on Thursday January 18th or Thursday, Febrary 1, 2018.
